Personal Journey & Philosophy

Nicole’s journey with movement began over 10 years ago with yoga. What started as a physical practice gradually became a way to reconnect with her body, quiet her mind and find more stability. Over time, she expanded her practice to Pilates, strength training, running and mobility, becoming increasingly curious about how different forms of movement affect the body.

She initially joined yoga teacher training for herself, wanting to understand the body beyond her own experience as a practitioner. That curiosity gradually grew into a desire to teach and share what she had learned. Since then, Nicole has continued studying Pilates, anatomy, movement and the connection between body and mind.Today, her classes range

Today, her classes range from mindful yoga and Pilates to dynamic strength work. Rather than following one approach, Nicole combines different forms of movement to develop strength, mobility and body awareness, encouraging students to explore what their bodies are capable of while learning to work with them, not against them.
