About

Personal Journey & Philosophy

Kamila has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. At first, she enjoyed yoga simply as a form of physical exercise, but over time she began to notice the effects of practice on self-awareness, overall well-being, and everyday life. That is why, in 2022, she completed her teacher training and started teaching to share these benefits with others.

She has a background in chemistry and worked as a research chemist in a scientific laboratory for several years. This is why she also takes a scientific approach to yoga and enjoys exploring how and why different practices work. In her classes, Kamila teaches with a gentle and beginner-friendly approach, focusing on mindful movement, mobility, posture, and body awareness. It is important to her to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can practice, regardless of their experience level.

She enjoys helping people feel more connected to their bodies, notice changes in the way they feel and move, and gradually develop a deeper understanding of their sensations and abilities. She believes that the most important thing in yoga is learning to listen to your body, rather than striving for ideal posture or competing with others or yourself. These skills can be taken off the mat and into everyday life, making it more mindful and fulfilling.
