A Natural Practice: In keeping with our authentic outdoor feel, there is no air conditioning or climate control. This lets you truly connect with the natural rhythms and temperature of the city and the day
Amenities: Restroom facilities are provided. Please note that high-quality yoga mats are not provided, and there are no on-site changing rooms

Comfortable Activewear: Since there are no changing rooms, please arrive already dressed in comfortable activewear you can stretch and hold poses in. Choose breathable clothing suitable for the weather
Water Bottle: Essential to stay hydrated during class, especially in our sunny, open-air setting
Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat for practice
Small Hand Towel: Useful for your own comfort during practice
Light Layer / Jacket: Helpful for remaining warm during Shavasana or for enjoying the terrace after class, depending on the conditions
