An open Saturday class designed for the Urban Zen international community. We combine a gentle, mindful yoga practice with the stunning aesthetics of a Shinjuku sunset and a professional rooftop photoshoot

Open to All: No special training or prior experience required. The difficulty level is adapted so that everyone can enjoy the movement and the community atmosphere.

Program: 50-minute guided class + free time for photos against the city skyline
What to bring
- Clothing: Comfortable sportswear. We recommend layering, as it can get breezy on the rooftop by evening.
- Equipment: Mats are included in the price, but you are welcome to bring your own personal mat if you prefer.
- Essentials: A bottle of water and a good mood to meet new people.

- Access: a precise GPS pin and entry instructions will be sent to your email immediately after booking.
How to join THE CLASS
- Click the Registration Button: You’ll be redirected to our booking system.
- Create Your Account: If you’re joining us for the first time, please take a moment to sign up. This helps us keep your bookings organized.
- Electronic Signature: As part of the initial setup, you will be asked to review and sign our Digital Waiver. This is a one-time requirement to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
- Complete Payment: Once the signature is confirmed, you can proceed to checkout to secure your place.
- Join the Community: After booking, you will receive a link to our exclusive LINE group. Join us there for real-time updates, meeting points, and to connect with other participants.
